Some more progress on the base for ST Link, and yet another side project

So, some pics of the base in progress and... just read the title ;)

I use my test blog for... umm... testing stuff (wasn't that a surprise). So, I downloaded the trial version of Artisteer to try and make some templates. I knew that it would leave a watermark on it, but the thing I didn't know was that it would leave not one, not five, but a whole load of 'em all over the template. I think it looks ugly, but what do you think?

WIP on a secret project... :O

I can reveal more information about the project when I get some A3 double matt paper! Right now, I can only say it involves Link, some grass and a statue. Hmmm... Try and guess ;)

Skiing!!!

I went skiing last weekend as well as today, and it's really fun! Last week I went to Glencoe, but this week I went to Ben Nevis. Since we didn't get any good footage of me coming down, I might be able to get some next week as we're going to Glencoe again. Here are some pics (not taken by me) of the slopes!

Hmmm...should I try cooking Kirby? No, that sounds like I'm gonna cook Kirby. I mean a papecraft of Kirby cooking. It all sounds a bit confusing but you'll see ;)

The chimney is a bit too light, but I think it looks really good ;)

I was bored, so I decided to try and draw the front of the Spirit Tracks boxart. I think it came out pretty well, apart from Link's and Zelda's faces, because I'm not very good at drawing toon-Zelda style.
